So i'm brainstorming for ideas to improve on things at hillsboro for up comming events. Please feel free to jump in because i think it would be good for the field to know what the public thinks. This can also be a "wish list".. so if you have and idea.. spit it out!

First of all we need to have a perminate Chrono station ... Somthing with a table and tools. Maybe a chair for a ref to sit in if he's chronoing teams on and off the field.

Maybe we could clean the air filling station to make it more customer friendly?

So we were approached today at practice with an opportunity to gain a coach for the team. I think that it's exactly what we need to give use a little push and put that edge on our competitive edge. He has already given me some ideas that i have really liked and pointed out some problem he sees. Unfortunately i agree with him because his biggest complaint is everyones crazy schedule and it's difficult to practice as a complete team. I feel really guilty that I for one am just not available during the week. I know i have to make choices in my life if I want to bring things to the next level...

So we invited two new members to the team this week after having a nice scrimmage against a guest team at Crossfire Paintball. These guy unfortunately already belonged to another team which has created some drama in our lives. Which is unfortunate because I like everyone from the team and I wouldn't wish and thing bad to any of them and I have please accept my apologies.

To the loss of the team, one of the guys has back out on us. I don't need to name names because we are all still friends and I hold no grudges. I just hope we can all still be friends and share that mutual respect.

So i have been toying with this idea for a while now and i think i'm going to go ahead with it. I have some of it done already but it's going to take some substantial time to get it to where i want it to be but i thought i would post my ideas to get everyone input and to keep my thoughts together. The following is and outline of what i was thinking...

What a great event. We could not have asked for better weather, besides the fact it was cold but it November.. it's a given! There wasn't a cloud in the sky all day! We had 14 teams compete in an NPPL style tournament consisting of six preliminary games for each game. Then the top eight teams entered the single elimination semifinals.
